Tidalview Cottage

Located on our 12 acre property that we call Meadowview Acres, this one-bedroom guest cottage is located right next to the shore of the Bay of Fundy. Watch, and listen to, the world’s highest tides right from the deck. It’s the perfect spot to put your feet up and let the cares of the world wash past you.

The rental of this cottage is based on an occupancy of 2 persons, making it the perfect choice for a vacationing couple or single person.

Tidalview Cottage contains 1 double bed in the single bedroom and a fold-out double-size sofa bed in the living area. So, this cottage can accommodate 2 additional guests.

RATES

$750 per week, or $125 per night (3 night minimum) for up to 2 guests.

Additional guests can be accommodated by paying a surcharge of $50 per guest per week, or $10 per guest per night for stays shorter than 1 week.

Pets may be accommodated. There is a surcharge of $20 per pet per week.

Shortly after you have booked a stay in one of our cottages, we ask that you submit approximately 25% of the rental fee in advance to confirm your registration. At check-in, you will pay the remaining 75% fee.

We also require a security deposit over and above the rental fee. This security deposit fee is refundable a few days after check-out. Tidalview Cottage security deposit -$115

Beginning in 2025, we are required to charge, collect, and remit a 3% Marketing Levy to the Municipality of Colchester County.
